Vacation Rental Description

Seagull apartment is a newly available luxury 2 bedroom apartment in the upmarket seaside resort of Broadstairs on the Isle of Thanet. It boasts spectacular views of Viking Bay, the promenade and Bleak House.

The apartment has been fitted out to a high standard throughout and benefits from a fully fitted kitchen which includes a built in electric cooker and hob, a fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and a dishwasher.

The bathroom is fitted with a large whirlpool bath with glass shower screen and a combination bath/shower system.

The two bedrooms can accommodate up to 7 people (+1 small child + cot). The master bedroom, with triple aspect windows, consists of one double bed and a double sofa bed. The second bedroom consists of a double bed with a bunk bed above, there is an option to have a child's bed in this room also. A cot and high chair are available for an additional £25 per week. Both bedrooms benefit from cavernous fitted wardrobes and views out to sea.

The large living room/dining room equipped with two 3 seater sofas, a large dining room table along with a TV and DVD player. A variety of DVDs, games and books are there for you to enjoy during your stay.

Apartment Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £300
High Season Price : £700 per Week
Rates include all bedding and towels and fuel. Please bring your own beach towels.

Short breaks are available upon request, please contact the owner for rates and availability.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before the start date of the holiday, in addition a security deposit of £100 against any possible breakages/ damage will be payable with the final payment. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday.

If booking within 6 weeks of your holiday start date the full rent will be payable.

UK cheques are preferable as we do not have a credit card facility.

We also accept bank trsnsfers from outside the UK.
