A wonderful house a mile from the centre of Ryde, on the Isle of Wight, sleeping up to ten people in five bedrooms.

Arethusa Cottage is a magnificent detached cottage a mile from the centre of Ryde on the Isle of Wight. Split into two properties, the main house and the log cabin, it has five bedrooms. A super king-size double and a twin in the main house, and a ground floor double, adult bunks and a first floor attic twin in the log cabin. There is a family bathroom in each. The log cabin has a sitting area and small kitchen area, as well as a decked patio with furniture, while the main house has a large kitchen, dining room, sitting room with woodburner and a large conservatory with French doors to the decked garden. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool, a sauna and a covered hot tub in the garden. With so much to see and do on the Isle of Wight, this is the perfect base for friends and families to stay.

All fuel, power and wood for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent (please bring own pool/hot tub towels). Indoor swimming pool (heated all year), sauna, covered hot tub in garden. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large enclosed garden with two decked areas, garden furniture, BBQ area and fish pond. Small decked area with furniture outside garden cottage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile, beach 2.5 miles. Note: This owner requires a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £300. Note: Max 8 adults.

				High Season Price:	£2,525 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
