This three storey apartment is located in the resort of Ventonr on the Isle of Wight and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Park View is part of a refurbished Victorian townhouse in the Isle of Wight seaside resort town of Ventnor. The cottage sleeps four people and has one two double bedrooms (one on the ground floor, one on the second floor) and two bathrooms. The property also has an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. Outside the property is off road parking for one car and Ventnor Park is across the road. Just a short stroll from the town centre, Park View is a superb holiday home for a relaxing holiday.

Gas central heating throughout. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub, restaurants and shops 1 mile, beach 10 mins walk. Note: Please be aware that the bedrooms are on the ground and second floors. Note: Due to the layout of the property, children aged 10 and over only.

Activities

The Victorian resort of Ventnor is located at the southern end of the Isle of White and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The sandy beaches provide excellent facilities for watersports and offer a range of coastal paths to explore.

				Low Season Price:	£273 per Week
				High Season Price:	£682 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
