Lavendar House is a welcoming terraced house situated in Newport which sleeps five and has two bedrooms and is close to many attractions and amenities.

Lavendar House is a lovely terraced house situated down a residential street in the delightful town of Newport on the Isle of Wight. It has been refurbished and decorated to a high standard and sleeps five people and has two bedrooms - one family room with a double and single bed and one twin bedroom. The welcoming sitting room is perfect for cosy nights in and the well equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and bathroom, accessed via the twin room makes Lavendar House ideal for families or friends.
Outside, it has a wonderful enclosed garden which is perfect to dine and relax in on a summer's evening. Lavendar Cottage is close to many attractions, shops and pubs and makes an excellent base to explore the wonderful Isle of Wight.

Unrestricted roadside parking outside, on a first come, first served basis. Enclosed lawned garden with covered pond and furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 8 mins walk.

Activities

Situated on the banks of the River Medina is the busy town of Newport, which is the Isle of Wight's administrative capital. There are many amenities in Newport such as cafes, shops, an arts centre, cinema, museums and parks. Newport is conveniently located just north of the centre of island and this means that there are good road links to beaches, countryside and tourist attractions. There are many attractions that are essential to visit. Within Newport itself is Carisbrooke Castle and The Classic Boat Museum. The impressive Osborne House, Ventnor's Botanic Gardens and stunning The Needles are all to be enjoyed on this fabulous island. Also the town of Ryde has many amenities including shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes. There is so much to see and do that you will not want to leave this fantastic island.

				Low Season Price:	£170 per Week
				High Season Price:	£480 per Week

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
