Vacation Rental Description

Clifton Villas is a large, well presented house in the famous sailing town of Cowes. It is a 5-10 minute walk into the town and a stroll through the town to the beach.
The house is ideal for yacht crews or a family gathering and features a large open plan kitchen, dining room, sitting area along with a separate lounge which also has sofa beds so if neccessary can be made into a sixth bedroom. There is a large ground floor bathroom with a separate walk-in shower. The first floor has 2 double rooms, a triple room, a shower room and a wc. The second floor has 2 single rooms.
There is an enclosed garden to the rear with patio chairs, table and a bbq. There is off street parking for 2 cars to the front of the property.

There are two televisions, one in the separate lounge and one in the seating area of the open plan area. The televisions have Freeview. We do ask that guests leave the house clean and tidy, alternatively we can offer a cleaning charge of £90. Shops are a 5-10 minute walk.

The Isle of Wight is relatively small and anywhere can be reached within a 45 minute drive. There are numerous activities across the Island some of which are within walking distance.

Upon booking we send a booking contract and ask for a 30% deposit along with a security bond of £300 which is refunded providing that there is no damage. We ask for the balance within two weeks of the start of your holiday. We accept cheques or bank transfers.
We also offer short breaks. The cost per night is £280 (min. 2 nights).
Please note Cowes Week (the first week in August) rates are £4400.
