Newbarn Country Cottage comprise three converted farm buldings around the original farmyard on what was once a dairy farm, now mainly arable. Located in the centre of the beautiful Isle of Wight, all the numerous attractions and beaches are within easy reach.The farm itself is set in a secluded downland valley in an AONB very peaceful and quiet with some lovely walks. Stable cottage is very popular with our regular guests, formerly horse stables and coachhouse is completely on ground level. With only two steps and parking close to the main entrance it is suitable for the elderly and partially disabled. Accommodation is in one double room with en-suite shower, hand basin and WC and one twin bedded room with adjoining bathroom with shower over, hand basin and WC. The large kitchen/living room leads onto an enclosed patio with patio furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with extensive range of units, electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, washing/dryer microwave etc. Colour television and DVD player in the lounge area for any rainy days. Heating throughout by night storage heaters and additional elecric fires/radiators. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday in season, with short breaks of season from any day as available.
