This detached bungalow is situated in the village of Kingsdown in Kent and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

Kerbela is a detached bungalow in the village of Kingsdown set between Deal and Dover on the Kent coast. The cottage sleeps four people and has one double bedroom, one twin room and a family bathroom. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside the cottage is off road parking for one car and a rear lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Just a short walk from the beach, Kerbela is a superb family holiday cottage in beautiful Kent.

Gas central heating with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shingled front garden, rear lawned garden with patio and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Shingle beach 12 mins walk.

This property does not accept short breaks. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Change Over Day : Sat Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
