A lovely second floor apartment sleeping four people in two double bedrooms.

Sailor's Perch is a lovely, second floor apartment in Littlehampton, Sussex. With two double bedrooms, it sleeps four comfortably. There is also a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside, guests have access to communal gardens. With the beach so close, Sailor's Perch is a wonderful seaside holiday home.

Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV with Freeview, DVD player. Selection of books and games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking available. Communal gardens. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pubs 5 mins walk. Note: Owner can collect guests from railway station upon arrival by prior arrangement. Note: Children aged 12 and over only.

  High Season Price: £603 per Week
     

This property does not accept short breaks. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Change Over Day : Fri Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
