There are two bedrooms, one with a double/twin bed and second with a single bed. The double bedroom has built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and flat screen wall mounted TV. The double bed is zip and link super king size and can be split into 2 single beds.
The bathroom has tiled walk in shower, bathtub, toilet, basin and heated towel rails.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with integrated appliances including dishwasher. There is glass dining table and chairs providing seating for 4 people. The living area has comfortable large sofa, barcelona chair and freeview TV.
Telephone provided is UK pay as you go mobile phone.

There is available off road parking for one car. Course fishing 50 yrds. Public tennis club 200 yrds.

Damage deposit of £100 is payable on all bookings for up to 4 weeks. For longer lets damage deposit depends o lenght of stay. The deposit will be refunded after checkout, within a week of departure.
Cancellation details are available on the booking form.
'Premium' Weeks : Easter, Bank Holidays and Christmas & New Year all available Saturday to Saturday only
Personal cheque ,bank transfer or PayPal. PayPal attracts 3% surcharge to cover costs.
Minimum rental 1 week, any additional days pro rata.
