The cottage is fitted out with disabled facilities including hand rails, a ramp to the front door and a wet room style shower in the bathroom. There is central heating, a washing machine, colour TV, patio & outdoor furniture and a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. Bed linen & towels are provided. Outside there is a gravelled parking area for two cars and a large garden with flower beds, trees and areas of lawn. The cottage is set well apart from the main property, affording a great deal of privacy.
