Modern detatched character cottage located on small farm. Set in ancient woodland at the foot of the renowned Hampshire Hangers in the South Downs National Park. See lambs and piglets in the Spring and enjoy walking in private bluebell woods. Famous pubs within walking distance. Quiet location down long drive but within easy reach of the thriving market town of Petersfield.

Cosy accomodation with electric heating and woodburning stove (logs/kindling included), luxurious leather sofas and flat screen TV with Sky Freeview. French windows overlooking orchard. Two large bedrooms, one downstairs with kingsize bed, upstairs room has three single beds plus an extra futon style bed. A cot is available. All bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Downstairs bathhroom with wc, bath/shower. Large well equipped kitchen with table and seating for 6 and high chair if required. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Well behaved pets accepted in the kitchen. Garden area with table and chairs and barbeque. Ample off-road parking. Strictly non-smoking.

Public footpath passes through the farm and links to the Hangars Way, a national trail. The South Downs Way is accessible within 5 miles. Close to South Coast and Solent. Historic Portsmouth 25mins by car/rail. Ferries to Isle of Wight and France from Portsmouth. London Airports Gatwick and Heathrow 1hr by car and fast rail link to London Waterloo 1hr.

Several local golf courses, Marwell Zoo 40 mins, outlet shopping in Portsmouth, excellent local pubs and restaurants, multi-screen cinemas and theatres 20 mins.

Goodwood Racecourse 30 mins.
