The Peverils is a three bedroom self catering property, ideally located in the village of East Boldre. The property looks out onto open forest land and is next to a Post Office/Store which sells just about everything! The accommodation comprises dining room, kitchen, utility room, sitting room, downstairs double bedroom with en-suite, large hallway and upstairs landing, double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom. There is an enclosed garden with parking for two cars. With the unique design of the property there is also a self contained, one bedroom flat with the property which can be booked separately or together with the main house.

East Boldre is a beautiful New Forest village which is only approximately 10 minutes away from Beaulieu. The Peverils makes an ideal base to visit lots of New Forest villages and attractions but also only approximately a 25 minute drive to the city of Southampton with its indoor shopping mall.

A £200.00 cautionary deposit is taken on all holiday lets which is returned 2 weeks after the holiday provided there are no breakages or mishaps.
A £20.00 booking fee is charged for each booking.
Payments can be made by cheque, debit card, credit card)(not Amex) (a 1.5% surcharge on credit cards) or bank transfer.
Any cancellation for whatever reason shall be in writing or e-mail and addressed to New Forest Holiday Lets. NFHL will accept notice of cancellation on behalf of the Owner. On receipt of notice of cancellation, NFHL will use its reasonable endeavours to seek to re-let the property for relevant dates. If NFHL succeeds in re-letting the property for these dates it shall refund all the monies less an administrative charge of £20.00 (plus VAT. If NFHL is unable to re-let the property then all monies paid by the Client shall be forfeit to NFHL. New Forest Holiday Lets strongly recommend clients take out Cancellation Insurance.
