A charming three bedroom cottage ideally situated close to the town centre of Lymington with its variety of shops and eating places together with its bustling street market on Saturdays. Littlemoor is also close to the river and marinas with activity on the water all day. A ten minute drive takes you into the New Forest National Park.

The accommodation comprises good size sitting/dining room with woodburner, galley kitchen, conservatory/garden room, two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and family bathroom.

The property also benefits from a mature enclosed rear garden with an area for sitting and eating outside.

A £200.00 cautionary deposit is taken on all holiday lets which is returned 2 weeks after the holiday provided there are no breakages or mishaps.
A £20.00 booking fee is charged for each booking.
Payments can be made by cheque, debit card, credit card (a 1.5% surcharge on credit cards) or bank transfer.
Any cancellation for whatever reason shall be in writing or e-mail and addressed to New Forest Holiday Lets. NFHL will accept notice of cancellation on behalf of the Owner. On receipt of notice of cancellation, NFHL will use its reasonable endeavours to seek to re-let the property for relevant dates. If NFHL succeeds in re-letting the property for these dates it shall refund all the monies less an administrative charge of £20.00 (plus VAT. If NFHL is unable to re-let the property then all monies paid by the Client shall be forfeit to NFHL. New Forest Holiday Lets strongly recommend clients take out Cancellation Insurance.
