The property also benefits from an enclosed cottage style rear garden with area for sitting and eating outside and to the front of the property there is parking on the driveway for up to three vehicles.

The cottage is situated in the village of Hordle which is approximately 4.5 miles from the Georgian town of Lymington with its famous marinas and approximately 6 miles from the New Forest village of Brockenhurst and all the beautiful surrounding New Forest National Park. Local shops are within walking distance of the property and also the local public house.

This cottage is an ideal base for exploring the New Forest National Park and visiting the south coast with either stone or sandy beaches within easy travelling distance.

There is an enclosed cottage style garden with an area and furniture for sitting and eating outside.

There are horse riding activities and cycle rides throughout the New Forest National Park which is only a short distance away. 20 miles away is the larger town of Bournemouth with its shopping area and also well known and loved beach. 30 miles in the other direction is the City of Southampton with its famous West Quay shopping precinct.
