Needles View is a recently completed refurbished apartment giving a luxurious self-catering, four bedroom holiday let. It is ideally located on the south coast with exquisite sea views from three rooms. A short walk across the road and you are on the promenade of Barton on Sea. As well as being located so close to the sea front it is only a short drive to the New Forest National Park and New Forest villages such as Brockenhurst and Burley.

The accommodation comprises sitting room/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, bedroom 2 with king size bed and en-suite shower room, bedroom with bunk beds, bedroom 4 king size bed which can be put into two singles, family bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet.

A £200.00 cautionary deposit is taken on all holiday lets and is returned to you after the holiday provided there are no breakages or mishaps. There is a £20.00 booking fee payable on all holiday lets. Payments can be made by card, cheque or bank transfer.
Any cancellation made for whatever reason shall be in writing or e-mailed to New Forest Holiday Lets. On receipt of notice of cancellation, NFHL will endeavour to re-let the property. If NFHL succeeds in re-letting the property for the whole period all the monies paid less an administrative charge of £20.00 (plus VAT) will be refunded. If NFHL only succeeds in re-letting the property for part of the period an amount equal to the money paid less (1)the rental for the period which is not re-let and (2)an administrative charge of £20.00 (plus VAT)will be refunded. If NFHL is unable to re-let the property all monies paid shall be forfeit to NFHL. Insurance cover is reccommended.
