The property has a ground floor bedroom for easy access and benefits from full gas central heating. The property has stunning views across the private lake and out to Titch field Haven. Fishing is permitted on the private lake. This property suits any one who like walking, water sports, bird watching , or beach life. This tranquil setting is an ideal spot for relaxing. The owners offer an on site chartered physiotherapist and can provide massage and physio services by appointment, for corporate groups we also offer team building by an experienced qualified practitioner, using experiential methods including reflective group work and practical team building exercises.

The house has the benefit of WiFi and cable television. The kitchen is newly fitted with all modern kitchen appliances and has a separate utility room. There is a balcony from the master bedroom over looking the lake and a large decking area off the lounge. One of the bedrooms is down stairs for easy access. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is a separate toilet down stairs. There is modern laminate flooring throughout.

The garden has a secluded private decked area with a BBQ and seating for 8-11. It is ideal to dine on those warm summer evenings. There is a jacuzzi which can be booked for £100.00 per week. The garden has hand reared ducks and hens and subject to availability you will be provided with organic fresh eggs for your breakfast.

The hot tub is available upon request.
