The lounge is a spacious 37m2 it has a three seater sofa that converts to a double bed. There is also a comfortable armchair and cupboard space for clothes. The lounge also has a dining area with a stylish dining table and chairs plus two leather tub chairs situated next to the window with vies to the sea.The lounge has a breakfast bar and two stools for casual eating along with a flat screen t.v. Access from the lounge to two separate balconies where you can sit and enjoy the views whilst sipping a cocktail or relaxing with a coffee.
The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, armchair, bedside tables and dressing table along with a flat screen t.v. with d.v.d. WI-Fi internet access and also incoming calls telephone.
The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a Vilroy and Bosch bath, w.c., basin and also a separate shower unit. There is also another separate w.c.
The kitchen is fitted with stylish wooden units with built in hob, oven,dishwasher, fridge/frezer, microwave, toaster and kettle along with many utesils, glasses etc.

Cancellation policy.

There is a 30% deposit with booking, this is non returnable. The balance is due one month before arrival, if the holiday is cancelled after the balance is paid you will receive 50% back up until two weeks before arrival, there is no refund after this period.
Payment by cheque or bank transfer, can accept pounds or Euros.
