Welcome to EI8HT Apartments - a new selection of luxury serviced apartments available for short or long term rentals. 
 
Set within a beautiful period building (Number 8) on Upper Rock Gardens (built circa 1840) is excellently located in Kemptown, near Brightons' historic seafront and famous pier. We have one and two bedroomed apartments each sleeping upto 4/6 guests in comfort, style and luxury. 
 
The perfect get away, retreat, work base or space to entertain your family and friends - whatever your reason to stay, apartments are a popular choice and often more cost effective alternative than other accommodation types. 
 
Our apartments feature all the luxuries you would expect to find at home plus we hope more just to make your stay extra special. Some of those extra features include Bang and Olufsen luxury Audio / Visual technology, designer interiors and loft style living, air conditioning, designer kitchens with built in appliances, on site business facilities, wi-fi, DAB radios and many more... We also welcome your pets as we want you and them to feel completely at home. Well appointed for a perfect stay for either business or pleasure - just turn up and we will make you feel at home! Basic provisions and toiletries provided along with video library, Wi/Fi, DAB Radio, Digital TV, Bang and Olufsen Audio / Visual technology (in some rooms), Fax / Printing and all linen and towels provided for up to 4 guests. Flexible check in / out times and a welcome personal service. Pets also welcome.The famous Lanes shopping area, Brighton Pavillion and theatres are all within a short 10 minute walk, however if it's solitude you're looking for there are many parks and of course the beach are all easily accessible.

				Low Season Price:	£375 per Week
				High Season Price:	£495 per Week

25 % deposit payable upfront then full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations before the 8 week period will lose their 25% deposit. Cancellations made after final payment will not be refunded = we recommend guests take out insurance to cover the eventuality of cancellation.
