You will find Newhaven Lodge is an ideal location for visitors to nearby Brighton, Lewes and the South Downs. Brighton and Lewes visitors will be particularly amazed at the extra 'just out of town' value we offer.

Newhaven Lodge is a Victorian building located on a hill which inevitably means a few steps at the front and back of the property. However we endeavour to give access to all. We are willing to assist our guests gain access to the property and their rooms at any time. Please enquire when booking if you require assistance.

Below is a brief summary of the features which sets our 3 Star B&B apart from the competition:

Nine assorted rooms: single/double/twin/triple/family - most en suite.
Two Family rooms that have double bed plus a set of adult bunks, (in addition extra temp, 'put me up' or a cot, to sleep 5).
Breakfast can be included (or excluded) in the price dependant, for example, if you are on the early ferry to France.
Full English Breakfast served.
Pack up in lieu of breakfast, if you are on the early ferry, if required (£5 per person extra).
Long stay deals: Over 3/5 and 7 day discounts. Please enquire when booking.
Located 7 miles East of Brighton on the coast road.
We cater for value party bookings (Hen Nights etc) -sharing family rooms from £25 per person.
A small parking lot at rear of guest house is available (Access via Harpers Road). However if there is no room, street parking without restrictions, is available on Harpers Road.

The price is £27 per person per day low season (Sunday to Thursday) and up to £35 per person per day high season and Friday and Saturday throughout the year. Breakfast is extrat £5 per person and £3.50 for children under 14. Deposits are required (equivalent to the first days rental).
