All of the rooms offer the same breathtaking panorama over the English Channel. The flat throughout is light and airy, with a Riviera-style ambiance; the furnishings are traditional and comfortable. The beautiful level-walk promenade stretches east and west, leading down to the pebble and sand beach. Bexhill beach is safe for swimming, water sports and exploring rock pools at low tide. Bexhill has a good range of shops, cafes and restaurants all within minutes walk of the apartment.

There is a boating lake, tennis courts, bowls green, indoor bowls, playground and park around 600 meters away. Putting green and crazy golf 200 meters. Two swimming centres (one with flume) approximately 2 miles from the apartment.
