A spacious, comfortable one-bed flat in a beautiful cream Brighton Regency terrace (on Brunswick Place). This flat has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay in Brighton and Hove.

Location wise it couldn't be better. Brunswick Place is a couple of minutes' walk from the sea, if you'd like to go out there are restaurants, cafes and a supermarket are all at the bottom of the road. Brighton town centre is a short walk or an even shorter bus ride. Despite all the activity nearby, the flat feels relaxed and calm.

Brunswick Square, the most beautiful square in Brighton is at the end of the road and you can even see the sea from the window (just!).

There is a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and hairdryer. In the large living room there is a (double) sofa-bed, another comfy sofa, a small dining area (round table seats four), a large television with Freeview, a DVD and a 'dongle' for internet access.

The kitchen is compact with fridge, washing machine, electric hob and oven. The bathroom is simple - a white suite, an electric shower and a bath.

This peaceful flat is on the second floor (no lift I'm afraid).

Towels and bedlinen are provided for guests and changed each week.

For those coming by car, I can provide parking vouchersfor £2 per day. These are recommended as Brunswick Place is a very popular part of the town - they will make your life much easier and mean you can park anywhere in the 'M' zone.

Cancellation up to four weeks before the stay - full refund.

Cancellatin within four weeks of the stay - 50% charge
