We are here to help you enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive in Milton Keynes until after you've gone. First time in Milton Keynes, need a lift from the train, coach or bus station, let us know in advance and we'll either transport you ourselves or provide you with travel and tourist information so that you can make your own arrangements!

    To book we need contact details (name, post and email address, phone number and either a 50% deposit to secure the booking, or 100% for 1-night stays, in advance. Payment accepted by credit or debit card, PayPal or Cheques (issued by UK Banks) if more than 10 working days in advance. As a small business with a limited number of rooms, we regret it is necessary to impose cancellation charges; we will attempt to re-let the accommodation and, if successful, we will refund the deposit less a cancellation fee of 25.00 pounds. Within 10 days of arrival or early departure, 100%payment is due. 60+ days pre-arrival, 50% deposit refundable. 30-60 days pre-arrival, 30% deposit refundable. 11-29 day pre-arrival, 20% deposit refundable. For a "no show", you are liable for the total cost & an invoice for the total cost of your booking will be sent (less any deposit paid) which will be due for payment within 7 days.
