Vacation Rental Description
Copper Wharf House is a large detached house with extensive grounds situated by the River Thames. The house is approached via a private drive with electric security gates and boasts a full-size tennis court.
There is parking for at least 6 or more cars.
As one goes through the main entrance this leads to the lounge on the left and directly ahead to the kitchen and dining room - the staircase leads to the top 2 floors where there are 5 bedrooms. There is also an entrance to the side of the main door leading to a double bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with shower – ideal for an elderly couple. Next door is the kitchen which is fully equipped and has a small table seating 4.
The kitchen leads to the dining room which is large enough to seat 10+ the dining room leads to the bar area which has a bar and seating area overlooking the River Thames and the private mooring. Guests can enjoy their own private view of the River Thames and dine outdoors with full barbecue facilities.
This room adjoins the open plan sun lounge with further seating area. There are full height, 9 metre long sliding glass doors facing the River Thames. Outside, above each set of patio doors are electrically controlled awning, so guests can enjoy the patio even during rain.
On the ground floor there is a large room which can sleep 4 - this rooms overlooks the Thames to one side and the driveway to the other side.
On the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms - the first has a double bed with french doors to the roof terrace as well as a shower and sink in the room whilst the 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds and a single bunk bed, this room also and a sink. The main bathroom is on the first floor level and has a bath tub w/ showerhead. On the second floor there are a further 2 bedrooms - 1 with 2 single beds and the other with a single and a double bed.
Outside is the tennis court and a large well maintained garden to the side of the house. Ideal for those long warm summer evenings. There is a separate outdoor built in BBQ bar area.
To the rear of the house is the Thames with a 100 foot private mooring. There is also a large paved area which overlooks the Thames and has an outdoor table and chairs.

The sealing of Magna Carta by King John on 15th June 1215 - at which another Montfichet, Sir Richard, Lord of the Manor of Wraysbury, was one of the Barons present - Is our most famous historical event.
Wraysbury is very well located for all the following places. Including Windsor Castle and The themed Thorpe Park. There are many areas for fishing, water sports scuba diving locally.

The house benefits from a 100 foot Private Mooring literally outside its Patio doors that faces the Thames. The property also boasts a huge garden with a dedicated BBQ bar area and also a Tennis Court.
The ground floor has 4 main rooms - Lounge, Dining, Bar and Sun lounge area. A car is recommended for easy access to shops and local areas of interest as it is a 10 miunte walk to the nearest bus stop. The house has 2 bicycles that can be used.
