3 Bedroom Cottage in Windsor

Two character properties set together with ample off street parking in a quiet location in the centre of Wraysbury Village comprising a 4 storey wooden windmill, and a bijoux, romantic 1 bedroom cottage. All properties have fully equipped kitchens and free WiFi Internet access. Splash Mill sleeps 6 persons in 3 bedrooms, and The Stables 2 persons in 1 bedroom with twin or 6 foot bed.  
 
SPLASH WINDMILL (3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6) 
Splash Mill is heavily beamed and set over 4 floors. Ground floor has a large lounge/dining room with open plan kitchen. Lounge has 32'' digital tv and cd-ipod dock. A shower room with basin and wc is accessed from a small back hallway from the lounge. The first floor has a large bedroom with 4 poster king sized bed. The hallway gives access to a walkway running round the property. 
The second floor has a bathroom with bath, over bath shower, basin and wc. A bedroom with double bed is next door. Access through the double bedroom to the third floor with twin bedroom. 
Kitchen appliances consist of halogen 4 ring cooker with oven and separate grill, microwave, under counter fridge with 4 star freezer compartment, toaster, electric kettle, full size dishwasher. 
A walkway runs right around the property at first floor level with seating and overlooks the Village Bowling Green. 
A 6 seater table and chairs is outside the main entrance to the Mill on the ground floor. 
 
 
THE STABLES (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 2) 
Completely renovated and private throughout. Entrance hall with easy stairs to bedroom with twin beds or zip together super-king bed (on request), dressing table, drawers, wardrobe, digital TV with DVD player. Small Juliet balcony overlooking river. Lounge with digital TV, DVD and Video. CD with I-Pod dock. Leather sofa and dining table with 4 chairs. Large fridge/freezer. French doors to riverside patio. Downstairs bathroom has large walk-in shower (big enough for 2?) WC and wash basin. Small kitchen with electric 4 ring cooker, grill, separate oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, microwave, kettle, counter top dishwasher. 2nd entrance door. 
 
Notes on accommodation 
Both properties are fully centrally heated and fully equipped. For safety reasons, Splash Mill is unsuitable for children under the age of 10 years.  
The Stables is joined to the side of The Mill but very private. Both properties are 4 star Visit England rated. I also have a B&B advertised here and this can offer additional accommodation. 
 
Sadly none of the properties are suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems. The Stables have a modern staircase suitable for those with slight mobility problems.

Wentworth Golf 15 minute drive, Sunningdale 20 minute drive. 
 
Travel 
Heathrow Airport 5 miles away, 15 minutes by car. Gatwick Airport 40 minutes by car. Portsmouth ferries approx 1 hour by car. A car is not essential for these properties as Wraysbury train station with trains to London/Windsor is a 10 minute walk away, buses around the corner and local shops/pub 1 minutes walk.

Set within Wraysbury Village, Windsor 3 miles, Hampton Court 30 minutes drive, Ascot 20 minutes drive, Staines 2 miles, Wentworth 8 miles. 
 
Further details 
Local shops/pubs within a few yards. Supermarkets and banks in Staines 2 miles. Many restaurants within a short drive.

If you require transport from Heathrow please consult me in advance as local taxis can be arranged at a reasonable cost. Local bus service to Terminal 5 Heathrow runs hourly but not late at night.
