This property backs on the St Cuthbert’s Way walk and within minutes you can be enjoying views along the River Tweed. St Boswells as a village has an expanding list of amenities to satisfy any needs. These include hairdresser, bookshop and cafe, butcher, Post Office, grocery and local stores including dvd rental, garage, tackle shop, restaurant/bar, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway. These Holiday Cottages are perfectly situated and central to the Scottish Borders. Towns like Melrose, Jedburgh, Kelso, Selkirk, Hawick and Galashiels are near by. It provides easy access to visit the ruined Abbeys, graceful stately houses, stunning gardens and beautiful country landscapes as well as local places of interest. For cyclists a 57 mile route forms the Border Abbeys Cycle Route. A must is to cycle over Scott’s view to Smailholm Tower and Mellerstain House and for walkers the stretch of the Borders Abbeys Way from Melrose to Dryburgh Abbey
