This semi-detached cottage is located just one mile from Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Primrose Cottage is a semi-detached cottage just a mile from Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite), a twin and a family bathroom, making it suitable for six people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside the cottage is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden and patio with outdoor furniture. Set in beautiful countryside, yet just a mile from the town’s amenities, Primrose Cottage is a lovely holiday home for a family vacation.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, PC with internet access, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden and patio to rear with furniture. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There is a stream at the bottom of the garden.

The town of Jedburgh lies 10 miles inside the Scottish Border, half way between Newcastle upon Tyne and Edinburgh. Jedburgh has shops, pubs and restaurants to enjoy, as well as historic attractions.

				Low Season Price:	£329 per Week
				High Season Price:	£718 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
