This ground floor detached cottage is located in the village of Lanton near Jedburgh and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.

The Bungalow is a detached, ground floor cottage in the hamlet of Lanton, just two miles from Jedburgh in the Scottish Borders. The cottage has one twin and one double bedroom and a family bathroom, making it suitable for four people. The cottage also contains a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner. Outside the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. With the whole of the Borders region to discover, The Bungalow is a lovely cottage for a family holiday.

				High Season Price:	£588 per Week

This property does not accept short breaks. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Change Over Day : Sat Winter Short Breaks are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period. Extra nights are charged pro rata. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods. A 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date. Last Minute Breaks (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'Low', 'Mid', 'High', 'Peak', 'Christmas' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. A 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date.
