Set back in private and secluded wooded grounds in the Highland Perthshire town of Pitlochry, Scotland. This beautiful early Victorian house has now been transformed into a boutique bed & breakfast, providing a unique blend of the traditional with the luxury of contemporary design. City chic in a rural setting. 
The individually designed spacious deluxe rooms all have comfortable six foot wide beds and are decorated with stylish fabrics and furnishings. All rooms have large HD LCD TV’s, Freeview and DVD players. We also have free Wi-Fi access in our main house. 
For special occasions, our luxury suite has all of the above with the addition of a private sitting room complete with ipod docking station, two large LCD TV’s and DVD player. 
Breakfast is served in our brand new contemporary dining room, where you’ll also find our guest lounge, all centred around our large and welcoming log burning stove. 
We are centrally located with private off road parking, just minutes walking distance away from all local Pitlochry Theatre, bars, restaurants and local attractions.

    • VAT @ 20% is included in the rate. • Craigatin House is a non smoking Guest House • Children over 13 years of age are welcome. • Pets are not allowed in any rooms or public areas • Check-in from 3pm : Check out to be no later than 10:30am • Cancellations within seven days – if we cannot re-let the room the first night’s room rate will be charged. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the first night’s room rate. Non – arrivals will be charged for the entire length of stay.

    Having lived and worked in London for over 20 years Martin & Andrea decided upon a lifestyle change in 2007 and purchased Craigatin House & Courtyard in Pitlochry.
    They immediately set about refurbishing this beautiful Victorian property into a stylish boutique guesthouse, retaining all period features but with a very modern, contemporary twist.
