Our holiday houses vary from a cosy one-bedroom deluxe cottage designed for the discerning couple with hot tub or sauna to an extensive five bedroom luxury house with Finnish sauna and hot tub in a private enclosed garden and pool table inside.  
 
Our award winning 'Mains Cottages' all have central heating and a wood burning stove and are extremely well equipped, mostly with en suite bedrooms. Many of them have their own private gardens with hot tub. 
 
The private development, 'Castle Gardens', won an architect award from the institute of architects. These stunning houses are up side down houses consisting of 3 bedroom all ensuite houses and a 4 bedroom house, again, many with hot tubs & games room. 
 
Our 3 large family houses, Easter Bruadair, Wester Bruadair & Bruadair House are all finished to a very high 5* standard. All three houses have al en suite bedrooms and hot tub in the garden and Easter Bruadair even has its own games room complete with pool table and full Sky package. 
 
The Gallop apartments are our new addition to our selection of luxury holiday homes. All four apartments each sleep 4 with a minimum 1 night stay and can be made up into 2 x king beds or 4 x single beds making them very adaptable to your needs. 
 
Our gorgeous Maxwells Villas are luxurious one and two bedroom villas and are available for a minimum one night stay, any arrival day. Large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge living space on the ground floor and bedrooms on the first floor, all en suite. Bedrooms can be twin or king. 
 
All our houses (except Archway Cottage and first floor apartments) allow 1 dog each at a daily cost of £5, house rules apply, with prior arrangement only. 
 
On site you will find our own golf course, riding stables, delicatessen & gift shop and cafe bar & restaurant all within a 2 minute walk from each house. The conservation village of Kenmore is a 5 minute walk away where you will find Scotland's oldes Inn, our local Post Office and Loch Tay Boat Centre where you can hore boats & mountain bikes. Within an hour drive from Kenmore you will find many top tourist attractions and distilleries well worth a visit.

Mains of Taymouth Country Estate is a selection of luxury 4* & 5* self-catering properties situated by the conservation village of Kenmore, adjacent to river and Loch Tay, amidst Scotland's finest scenery. Our own Mains of Taymouth Golf Course and Mains of Taymouth Stables are on your doorstep and The Courtyard bar, restaurant and delicatessen is just down the lane. Highland Perthshire is an ideal area to experience the best that Scotland has to offer. There are miles of lovely walking and cycling tracks on your doorstep - fishing on the famous river Tay and Loch Tay where watersports are readily available and there are several "Munros" to scale within easy reach for the more energetic. Eating out is a delight with many fine establishments within easy reach and there are many things to see and do locally and we are well situated for exploring the whole of Scotland.
