The main house is not suitable for children. • Pets are not allowed in any rooms or public areas • Check-in from 3pm : Check out to be no later than 10:30am • Cancellations within seven days – if we cannot re-let the room the first night’s room rate will be charged. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the first night’s room rate. Non – arrivals will be charged for the entire length of stay.
