Rates

Low Season Price : £560
High Season Price : £700 per Week

The basic weekly rental prices are specified in our brochure. 20% of the brochure price is payable at the time of booking and the balance to be paid at arrival on collection of the Key.

Payment by cheque cash or credit card, deposit required 20% of total booking.

In the case of cancellations the full charges for the weeks booked will be charged unless we are able to re-let the cancelled period in full for 'Seaside Cottage'. In the event that we do manage to re-let the cancelled period we are prepared to refund the Charges paid for the original booking Less The Deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance to cover this eventuality.

All prices per week - Saturday 4.00 pm. to Saturday 10.00 am. Prices include VAT, linen, electricity and coal.
