This three bedroom property, located close to the Scottish town of Glenfarg, is able to sleep up to five people.

This semi-detached, stone-built farm worker’s cottage is situated on a working livestock hill farm in a quiet, rural location. Less than two miles from the village of Glenfarg, this cottage offers simple yet comfortable accommodation on one level. With three bedrooms – one double, one twin and one single - a cosy sitting room with open fire and a well equipped fitted kitchen, the property is ideal for a family holiday. There is also a large secluded garden complete with its own hide so that guests can watch the birds and red squirrels that live close by.

Full electric heating, additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, spin dryer, colour TV, video/DVD, radio/CD player, books/games/videos. Fuel for open fire inc. in rent, electricity via meter reading using simple calculation, with honesty box in cottage to leave the appropriate amount. Bedspreads, blankets & pillows provided (not duvets), please bring own bed linen. Cot & highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with furniture, BBQ & bird hide. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop & pub 1.5 miles. Note: There is a private water supply at this cottage. Note: The cottage is accessed via a 0.25 mile track.

				Low Season Price:	£239 per Week
				High Season Price:	£417 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
