Only 15 minutes from Edinburgh by car, train or bus the apartment provides an excellent base for sightseeing around Edinburgh and Central Scotland or a good option for professionals tired of hotel living. A daily cleaning service can be provided (paid by clients) if required. Only a short strole from the apartment are an excellent selection of shops and Tesco supermarket. A little further takes you to the bowling alley and cinema complex. The town provides a wide range of bars, restaurants and traditional Scottish pubs plus excellent shops and banking facilities. Within 40 minutes drive of the apartment are 45 golf courses including the famous St Andrews course. The train and bus stations are easily accessible and provide transport links throughout Scotland making visits to the whisky distilleries and tartan shops easy. Due to its central location Dunfermline is a good base also for those wishing to visit the Trossachs and Highlands and makes visits to some of the lochs an easy day trip. The East neuk of Fife is home to some of the best fish restaurants in Scotland.

This ground floor apartment is spacious and bright with both bedrooms and the lounge facing south. Originally a showhouse the apartment has been decorated to a high specification and provides comfortable and modern accommodation. The lounge is spacious and benefits from two large windows one facing south. Next to the lounge is the luxury kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with integrated Siemans appliances and 5 ring gas hob. Both bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes with mirror doors and large sunny windows. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large glass shower and chrome heated towel rail. The second bedroom has use of the family bathroom with bath and chrome heated towel rail. In addition there is a built in smoke detector system and burglar alarm. The apartment is carpeted throughout and full central heating and double glazing make this a very comfortable apartment.

Dunfermline offers a good selection of local restaurants, bars and traditonal pubs. The Town Centre is a preservation site and many of the historical buildings which played their part in the history of Scotland can still be seen. The East Neuk of Fife is home to some excellent fish restaurants and Edinburgh offers an unforgetable dining experience with some of the best restaurants in Scotland. The local bowling alley and cinema complex offers entertainment for all the family. There are 45 Golf courses in the area including the famous home of golf St Andrews. Four of the local courses are in Dunfermline itself so you do not have to go far. A short journey to Edinburgh by car, train or bus and you can visit Edinburgh Castle, Edinburgh Zoo, the Palace of Holyrood, the Botanical Gardens, the Art Galleries and Museums or just enjoy a walk along Princes Street with its modern department stores and beautiful views of the Castle.
