The cottage is perfectly located for the award winning beaches, coastal walks and many golf courses in this beautiful part of Scotland. 
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one twin and one double.The double bedroom benefits from a luxury en suite bathrooom (with bath). There is a separate bathroom with luxury shower adjacent to the twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have sea views. There is a separate utility room on this level with washing machine and freezer. 
There is a splendid wooden staircase leading up to a stunning open plan kitchen/dinning and living area. The solid oak kitchen is fully equiped and has an integrated fridge with built-in oven and ceramic hob. The living room area has a feature wood burning stove which along with the solid wooden floors( which are throughout the whole proprty), just adds to the character of this superb cottage. This spectacular room has some of the best sea views in the area. There are views across the Firth of Forth to Berwick Law, Bass Rock, Isle of May, and along the coast towards Crail. Truly wonderful !
