A deposit is payable (by cheque or electronic transfer) on booking, to secure the reservation. The balance due is payable (by same methods) 1 week prior to arrival or, alternatively, can be paid in cash on arrival. The full cost of the stay will be payable for cancellations within a week of arrival - the deposit will be forfeited iro cancellations more than a week prior to arrival.

We have been running 'Burntisland Holiday Lets', a successful holiday rental business, for 4 years. We have fully renovated our properties in order that they benefit from newly fitted kitchens and bathrooms, central heating, and a high standard of decor. Both properties are located in the picturesque coastal town of Burntisland, which offers a wide range of activities to suit all tastes, therefore serves as an ideal loaction for a relaxting break or an action-packed family holiday. There's lots to explore along the entire Fife coast and the town is also a short and easy commute from the beautiful, historic city of Edinburgh, with its endless places of interest and famous festivals. We welcome our guests in person and always try to be as flexible as possible to meet their needs; our guests' satisfaction is paramount. The level of repeat business and feedback we receive from guests suggest the combination of these aspects is what we should attribute the continued success of our business to.
