The Residence is a lovely, cosy studio apartment-ideal for a holiday for two. 
It is set in the beautiful village of Elie and is a 2-minute walk to the beach. 
Within the village, there are shops, pubs, restaurants and plenty of leisure activities available to satisfy all. 
The apartment has its own front door, and there is plenty of parking available. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern equipment. The sitting room/bedroom with sofabed is lovely and bright and has a lovely window seat and a gorgeous Aga log stove. The shower room is fresh. There is underfloor heating throughout, which is cosy and welcoming. Linen, towels and dressing robes are supplied for your stay. There will also be a complimentary bottle of wine for your arrival.

    • Elie is a beautiful coastal village in the East Neuk of Fife, which is totally geared up for lots of leisure activities-or perhaps just a leisurely stroll along the golden sands. It is linked to the other East Neuk villages by the coastal path, which has spectacular views. 
    Elie has 2 golf courses, a driving range, tennis courts, watersports, a harbour and good pub food.
