4 Bedroom House in Scotland

The one and a half storey house was built in 2005 and has been fitted out with many modern features. Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. A large fully equipped kitchen/diner which leads out into the private south facing garden. The lounge is also south facing and has a large LCD TV with free sat, plenty of books to read and games to play while you relax and unwind in front of the wood-burning stove Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom with king size bed and en-suite shower room, there is also a separate bathroom on the ground floor. 
 
Upstairs we have a shower room with large walk in shower and a further three bedrooms, one single, one twin and a king size room. All bed linen is provided as are towels. 
With a secluded location, Sands Holiday House has its own driveway, large parking area, washing line and large garden with a double swing and large bench table.  
An ideal location for families of all ages where you can enjoy the best of the great outdoors with breathtaking scenery, tranquil lochs and golden beaches.

Gairloch is a traditional crofting and fishing village. In and around Gairloch you will find lots of quaint craft and gift shops, galleries and food stores. There is a good variety of restaurants and cafe's on offer for you try. 
A short drive away is the Beinn Eighe National Reserve and the Gairloch Heritage museum and there are many coastal walks to choose from. Gairloch is the perfect base for exploring the best parts of Wester Ross from the famous Torridon Mountains, which is only a short distance away and the wild Applecross peninsula in the South to the world renowned Inverewe Gardens and historic village of Ullapool in the North.  
 
Explore the wildlife living in this unique habitat by setting sail on a whale spotting cruise, go pony trekking with the kids or for a more relaxing experience retreat to our sandy coves where you can take in the splendour of the Scottish Highlands. There are plenty of opportunities to go sea, loch or river fishing in the area.
