Sleeping three people in two bedrooms, this semi-detached cottage in Bonar Bridge is a great base for exploring this part of Scotland.

Sunnyside is a three storey semi-detached cottage in the riverside town of Bonar Bridge. There is a first floor double, and a second floor single along with a second floor shower room. The kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor, and the sitting room is on the first floor, with lovely views. Outside parking can be found on the roadside in front of the property, and there is a rear garden with furniture and BBQ. The town amenities are a couple of minutes walk, and further afield, there is plenty of stunning countryside and plentiful wildlife to enjoy.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking in front of property. Rear garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: Children aged 12 and over only.

The riverside town of Bonar Bridge dates from pre-historic times, and has a rich history. Bonar Bridge makes an ideal Scottish base, close to the Highlands, Falls of Shin and Royal Burgh of Dornoch. A lovely location, full of beautiful scenery and varied wildlife.

				High Season Price:	£503 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
