Elderslie House is a stunning property situated on the shore of Findhorn Bay. It is very private with its own drive and large gardens, not only perfect for a family holiday but an ideal wedding location. The house dates form 1896 and has been extensivly and sympathetically extended and upgraded.

To the front of the property on the ground floor there is a large drawing room and sunlounge as well as a kingsize bedroom, with showeroom and toilet close to hand, a twin room is also in this area. The dining room has a wonderful table able to accomodate 16 persons comfortably. The kitchen has every mod con, fired Aga, induction plates , two electric ovens, double fridge, wine fridge and dishwasher as well as a large breakfast bar and small dining table. To the rear there is a games room with full sized pool table and a variety of games. Next to the games room is a bunk bed room, also the "family snug" with large tv and dv, woodburner and comfy couches. At the very rear is another small kitchen and laundry area and a single bedroom. Stairs lead up from here to a twin room and a very comfy Kingsize bedroom, which between them share a shower and bathroom.

To the front of the house upstairs there are three bedroom, the master bedroom with stunning views of the bay and wonderful shower room. A twin ensuite room and a twin room with a shower room just outside the door to it.

The gardens are very secluded, to the front of the property there is a small patio area with table and chairs and a large BBQ, to the rear there is a very secluded private garden with its own firepit and seating area.

The house comes with all beds made up as well as all towels provided, electricity and gas are included, the house is centraly heated throughout, a supply of firewood is also included. Pets are welcome and we ask that they are kept to the kitchen area and "Snug" part of the house. We an provide up to three cots, a changing mat is there and high chair, others may supplied depending on availabilty.

On booking we ask for a 40% deposit with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Elderslie House perfect for water sport and a perfect spot to watch all the boating activity going on in the bay. The findhorn Boatyard runs regular sailing classes and cousres as well as providing a water taxi service. The Royal findhorn yacht Club is also close to hand and runs many diferent types of sailing course. An excellent variety of golf courses are within a short drive, Cairngorm mountain resort is a 50 minute drive and fine fishing can be had on the River findhorn.
