Stay with us and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Loch Ness area. We are situated three miles from the village of Drumnadrochit, which is on the A82 on the west side of Loch Ness fourteen miles south of the city of Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland. The village has several hotels and pubs, restaurants, shops, internet access, Post Office and Bank and is home to two Loch Ness Monster Exhibition Centres. Our lodges, to which many guests return time and time again, are in the countryside but convenient for the city "bright lights" so have something to offer all types of visitor. There are five spacious quality holiday lodges (graded Four Star Self-catering by the Scottish Tourist Board) set high on the hillside above Drumnadrochit and Loch Ness offering very comfortable accommodation for a refuge of peace and tranquillity or a convenient centre for touring, walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing, golfing or horse riding. Each substantially built lodge extends to 96 square metres and accommodates up to six guests as follows:- Type B Lodges - Nos 4 & 5 and Premier No 3 on its own site are situated near the top of the hill with patio doors looking out on spectacular views over Loch Ness. Premier Lodge No 3 is situated beside Nos 4 & 5 but is apart from them with its own access and is separated from the others by trees and bushes. They all have 1 Twin Bedroom with wash hand basin, 2 Double Bedrooms, Bathroom, Shower-room with w.c., spacious lounge with widescreen colour TV, CD Hi-Fi with radio and cassette decks, DVD player and VCR, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including full cooker, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Type A Lodges - Nos 1 & 2 are on individual sites and have patio doors and windows looking out on the magnificent scenery of the surrounding countryside. They both have 1 Twin and 2 Double Bedrooms all with wash hand basins, Bathroom with shower over bath, spacious lounge with widescreen colour TV, CD Hi-Fi with radio and cassette decks, DVD player and VCR , dining area and kitchen with full cooker, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker,freezer and fridge. Linen and Towels included. Guest Bed, Cots and High Chairs available at no charge. No Smoking. No Pets.

Our lodges provide a refuge of peace and tranquillity or a convenient centre for touring, walking, cycling, bird watching, fishing, golfing or horse riding. A car is essential to get the best of a holiday with us as there are numerous attractions for all ages within travelling distance.

Lodges 1 & 2 are individually sited and have patio doors looking out on the surrounding countryside and glen towards the mountains beyond. They have Two double bedrooms with wash hand basins (one has colour TV),One twin bedroom with wash hand basin and colour TV,one bathroom with shower over bath,living area with teletext widescreen colour TV,CD HiFi with radio and cassette decks,DVD player and VCR and dining area with fully fitted kitchen including oven,four ring hob,washer/dryer,microwave,coffee maker,fridge and freezer.
Lodges 4 & 5 and Premier No 3 on its own site are situated near the top of the hill and have patio doors looking out on loch views. They have Two double bedrooms,One twin bedroom with wash hand basin,one shower room including w.c.,one bathroom, living area with TV etc as above and dining area with fully fitted kitchen including oven,four ring hob,washer/dryer,microwave,coffee maker,fridge,freezer and dishwasher.

Low Season Price : £300
High Season Price : £725 per Week

To make a booking please contact us by email or telephone to confirm availability, then complete and return a form for each lodge together with a non-refundable deposit of £100 or 125 euros per lodge per week - this should be sent so as to arrive within 7 days of booking. You should make whatever holiday insurance arrangements which you consider necessary to protect your interests since full payment of the balance will remain due if we are unable to re-let following cancellation. The booking form may be completed and posted,faxed or emailed back to us and payment may be made by cheque,bank transfer or credit/debit card.
The balance of the accommodation is payable without reminder no later than four weeks prior to date of arrival or by 31st October for Xmas and New Year bookings. If you are booking a short break or are booking less than four weeks prior to arrival the full hire charge should be paid when submitting the booking form.
