Vacation Rental Description
Spacious lounge with a wood burning stove, colour TV, free view, DVD, CD player, radio and I-pod docking station. A selection of books and games are available for use which should help to while away the hours should the winter weather mean for a long night in!! The newly fitted kitchen is well equipped with electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. The property is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The adjoining dining room is furnished with a chunky wooden table and chairs, providing comfortable eating space for 6. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and includes a newly fitted suite comprising; bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin. Upstairs boasts 2 good sized bedrooms; one king size, the other a twin room. A second king size bedroom is located on the ground floor providing ease of access for those struggling to climb stairs. Fully fenced gardens. Parking for upto 3 cars.
Pets Welcome: 2 pets are welcome at the property free of charge. A charge of £10 per dog, per week will apply for any agreed additional pets. ALL pets must be notified to and agreed with the owner at the time of booking. Pet owners MUST clean up after their pets, both in the property and out in the gardens. Please do not wash you 'doggy' things (towels, beds etc..) in the washing machine / tumble dryer as pet hairs are almost impossible to remove from these appliances.
Cleaning on departure: The property must be cleaned prior to departure and left in the clean and tidy condition in which you found it. If due to unforseen circumstances you are not able to leave the property clean and tidy, then you should leave £30 cash on your departure to cover the cost of cleaning on your behalf. If the property is not cleaned and the correct money left then you will be required to cover the cost of the entire clean up operation that we have had to undertake after your stay.

Riverside cottage is positioned on a quiet road on the edge of the village of Foyers. Foyers is located on the unspoilt south east shore of Loch Ness, approximately 16 miles from Fort Augustus and 18 miles from Inverness. There are delightful walks to the shores of Loch Ness, or via the forest and riverside trail to the famous 'Falls of Foyers'. Shop, restaurants and bars are within ambling distance. Fishermen can enjoy free river and Loch fishing in the are, for brown trout. The ski areas of Cairngorms and the Nevis range are only an hours drive away.
