This semi detached cottage is located just outside the village of Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Water's Edge certainly lives up to its name by being located just a few yards from the sea near to Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye on the west coast of Scotland. With two double and two twin bedrooms, this cottage can sleep eight people. Also within the cottage is a shower room, a bathroom, a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a gas fire. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 3 cars and a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture. With the beautiful countryside of the Isle of Skye to discover, Water's Edge is a fabulous cottage all year round.

Full oil central heating, additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV with basic Sky, DVD, stereo/CD, books/DVDs/games. WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Large enclosed garden with furniture, raised decked area overlooking loch. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Famous '3 Chimneys' restaurant 3 miles.

				Low Season Price:	£366 per Week
				High Season Price:	£850 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
