A well equipped traditional property with outstanding sea views, which can sleep seven people over four bedrooms in the tiny community of Elgol on the Isle of Skye.

For walkers, climbers, families and friends, this charming whitewashed cottage makes a great Isle of Skye base for enjoying the peace and quiet of this wonderful coastal crofting community. The four bedrooms in this cottage, which are two double, a twin and a single room, mean the accommodation is flexible enough to appeal to all party types, while the fitted kitchen with dining area and the sitting room with a toasty open fire provide ample opportunity to get together and relax after a day spent exploring the area. There is a well-known restaurant next door to the cottage which is open during the summer months, while the wildlife of the area, including buzzards, eagles and deer, and the natural attractions, including Spar Cave, Bla Bheinn mountain and Loch Coruisk, will keep everyone enthralled throughout the year.

Activities

Set at the very tip of the Strathaird Peninsula on the beautiful Isle of Skye, the rural crafting community of Elgol lies at the end of a single track road which runs from the village of Broadford. Quiet, peaceful and amid stunning scenery, Elgol makes a wonderful base for those seeking to get away from it all and rediscover nature. Experienced hill walkers and climbers have a choice of mountain trails to explore, while a picnic by the side of the Loch Coruisk is an ideal afternoon treat. Fishing boats operate from Elgol’s small quay, and can transport visitors across the water and past the seal colony. For amenities including pubs, restaurants, shops and a petrol station, Broadford is just 15 miles from Elgol.

				High Season Price:	£675 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
