Ardmorn sits on high ground at Roskhill, 3 miles south of historic Dunvegan on the romantic and beautiful Isle of Skye.

Here, you can relax and enjoy a comfortable break in the main house where sumptuous breakfasts can be taken in the conservatory dining room with its superb, panoramic views of McLeods Tables, Loch Bracadale and the Cuillin Hills.

At Ardmorn, guests can be assured of a warm Scottish family welcome. The house sits on high ground with our conservatory dining room having spectacular uninterupted views over Loch Bracadale and McLeods Tables.

Whether it's a tour of Skye's historic sites, a road or sea trip to admire the scenery or an energetic day's hill-walking or rock-climbing.

Ardmorn provides the perfect base to explore everything the area has to offer, combined with an ideal home and garden to unwind and relax.

Food is an important part of any stay at Ardmorn. Our breakfasts snacks and dinners make use of fine Scottish produce.

We are happy to cater for special diets but do ask to be notified at the time of booking as not all ingredients are readily available locally.

Facilities

Breakfast is served in our conservatory dining room where you can enjoy the magnificent views of sea and mountains. Guests are welcome to make use of our comfortable lounge with wood-burning stove. Books, maps and games are available for guests to use and we are happy to dry off wet clothing and footwear for you. Ardmorn has a pleasant garden with excellent views and guests are always welcome to sit outside and enjoy the scenery.

Rental Rates

				Low Season Price:	£25 per Day
				High Season Price:	£45 per Day

Low season 1st Nov. - 28th Feb. £25 pppn (Double of Single)
Mid season 1st March - 31st May 1st September - 31st October £30 pppn (based on two sharing) £34 single person.
High season 1st June - 31st August £34 pppn (based on two sharing) £45 single person.
The price includes accommodation and full breakfast. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required with all bookings to secure your reservation. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Credit / Debit cards or Paypal.
Cancellations Refund for cancellations made within 4 weeks of arrival date will only be made if the accommodation is re-let. The refund will exclude the non-refundable deposit and a £25 administration charge. We advise all guests to take out holiday insurance.
