This detached cottage is located near to the village of Farr close to Inverness and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.

Birch Cottage is a detached cottage in a remote location, situated high on a hill near to the village of Farr with views of the River Nairn and just nine miles from Inverness. The cottage has two double bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and one twin room, which with a family shower room makes it suitable for six people. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a sun porch with a sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for two cars and a shared lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Located in stunning countryside, Birch Cottage is an ideal holiday home for a family looking to explore this region of Scotland.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Shared lawned garden with furniture and BBQ, own private area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pubs in Inverness 9 miles, restaurant 7 miles. Note: Owner is CRB checked, and may be able to offer babysitting by prior arrangement. Note: Owner may be able to offer a ‘pick-up’ service from local restaurants by prior arrangement.

All bookings are subject to an additional £35.00 booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
