We are offering 20& off our luxury lochside cottage for 1 week from Sat.11th & 18th Feb.2012 (was £800 now £640.
The cottage has 4 spacious bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people comfortably, there are 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) and 2 twin bedrooms, there is loads of storage space.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher & washing machine.
The price includes all bed linen, heating, electricity and wi-fi access, we do not provide personal towels but can hire them to you for £3 per set.
We are situated only metres from the waters edge, with stunning views of Glencoe. We are within easy reach of Glencoe, Kinlochleven, Fort William and Oban, an ideal base for touring the West Highlands or simply relaxing!!
The cottage is non smoking and pet free.

Vacation Rental Description
We are in an enviable position sitting on the North shore of Loch Leven facing South over the spectacular mountains of Glencoe, with the Mamore range behind us. The area around has much to offer with walking, climbing, cycling, boating, sight-seeing or just relaxing. Fort William and the famous Ben Nevis is only 16 miles away, where you can enjoy mountain biking in the summer or skiing in the winter. The spectacular Glencoe is only 6 miles away where you will see some of the most stunning scenery in the world. Our properties are an ideal location to spot several species of wildlife resident in the area from Seals to Eagles to Pine Martens. We have our own private beach leading to the sea loch where sea fishing can be enjoyed with no charge. The pebble beach is a safe haven for playing and the large grassy area ideal for a barbeque or picnic.
Tiranui Cottage is set in its own grounds with a garden and plenty of parking spaces.
The living/dining room has a spectacular view of the Loch and Pap of Glencoe mountain. It is equipped with storage/convector heaters, C.D. player, T.V., DVD player and video. There is also a selection of CD's, DVD's and videos for your entertainment.
The dining area has a large table big enough to seat eight people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and all the equipment expected in a modern kitchen. There is also a utility room which houses a separate freezer and washing/drying area with washer/dryer.
One of the downstairs bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. This room has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom with wash hand basin, toilet, bidet, bath, separate shower cubicle and heated towel rail. The second downstairs bedroom has 2 single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Just outside this room in the hallway is a toilet and wash hand basin. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobes, dressing table and double bed and a second with 2 single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. All bedrooms have wall mounted convector heaters and are tastefully decorated.
The upstairs bathroom has a wash hand basin, toilet, bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail.
The house is warm and cosy being fully heated throughout by storage radiators and independent convector heaters.
Towels, cots & highchairs available to hire.
Dogs are not allowed in the cottage.
The cottage and the site is non-smoking throughout
Facilities
We have a Wi-fi hotspot on site to enable you to browse the web or pick up emails.
Activities
The nearest village to us is Kinlochleven, 5 miles away where there are shops, pubs and eating places.
We have a fabulous seafood cafe only a 10 minute walk from the cottage.
Ballachulish House Golf course is 6 miles away.
You can do some sea fishing from our beach front, or fresh water fishing nearby.
Lochaber watersports across in Ballachulish only 6 miles away offers canoe rental.
In the winter we are in the middle of both of the skii resorts both Glencoe and Anoch Mor approx. 25 mins away.
The village of Kinlochleven has one of the biggest ice climbing walls in Europe and also a rock climbing wall at the Ice Factor, only 5 miles away.

A payment for 30% of the total hire fee must be paid. The balance of the hire fee must be paid no later than 28 days before the hire starting date. We accept sterling cheques, credit or debit cards. If you wish to cancel your booking you must notify us in writing. In all cases of cancellation the deposit is forfeited. If the booking is cancelled within 28 days of the hire staring date and we are unable to re-let the chalet there will be no refund of any part of the hire fee. Holiday cancellation insurance is highly reccommended. Accommodations are available for occupation after 4 p.m. on the hire start date. If we are prevented by circumstances beyond our control from making the accommodation available and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will refund all monies paid by you but no further liability will be accepted. Property must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

I'm going to say just one word : FANTASTIC !! Ian and Sharon are lovely and very helpful (especially with us, a french family !!). .Accomodation are very comfortable, clean and well equipped.Great view.The area is beautiful and there's plenty to see and to do around ( walking, rafting, canyoning etc..).The Landscapes left us speechless .I would warmly recommend this site to everyone.A big thank you to Ian and Sharon for their kindness.They deserve to be known.Georges and Hélène and family.

We spent two very comfortable and happy weeks at loch leven chalets as part of our honeymoon tour of scotland.We recieved a fantastically warm welcome from Ian and Sharon - they are both such lovely people, very accomodating and are obviously very proud of their site.The area offers everything wildlife and ourdoor lovers could wish for! Accomodation is comfortable and well equipped, with added little extras like a few board games and dvds.The site is very quiet and perfect for relaxing.

Had a fantastic week in Tiranui lodge, beautiful and peaceful location, just what we were looking for. Lots of places to visit, would recommend the seafood restaurant along the road. The climb to Ben Nevis and the Blackwater Dam is definately worth it for the most stunning views.

Superb accommodation. Our chalet was clean, warm and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were comfy and the views exceptional. Loch Leven Chalets are in an excellent location not far from Fort William and thus made a terrific base for our many day trips around the Scottish Highlands.

This was our third year at the chalets and, because our party had grown, we booked Tiranui Cottage as well. The fact that we have already booked again for next year shows how fantastic they are!The location is tremendous with superb, unobstructed views across the loch. It is quiet and family friendly. There is plenty to do: great hill walking, climbing, watersports and cycling all nearby. There are towns and other attractions within easy reach.The site is spotlessly clean and very well run and there is a warm welcome from Sharon and Ian who are always very helpful indeed.The accommodation is all you could want: comfortable and well equipped.We have made our visit to Loch Leven an annual family holiday and could not recommend it more highly!
