Situated within the Cairngorms National Park, this property offers well equipped, tastefully furnished accommodation of a high standard, including a light and airy fitted kitchen with dining area and patio doors, and a comfortable sitting room with wood burning stove. Outside, guests can enjoy a decked area and country-style garden. Activities

Located within the Cairngorms National Park, the village of Laggan is surrounded by the Monadhliath and Grampian mountain ranges. Featured in the television programme ‘Monarch of the Glen’, the village and its surroundings offer incredible scenery and a wide variety of wildlife such as golden eagles, osprey and red deer. Just eight miles away is the town of Newtonmore, which overlooks the River Spey in the national park. Boasting several shops and pubs as well as the Newtonmore Craft Centre and two award-winning museums, this town makes a great place to spend a day out with the family. The wider area offers golf, fishing, pony trekking, walking, bird-watching, climbing, skiing and cycling, in addition to the Laggan Wolftrax mountain bike centre.

				High Season Price:	£526 per Week

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday. Change Over
