Mountain Bear Lodge is a heart-stopping romantic lodge, constructed from "Mammoth" logs, set in a wooded Highland location overlooking heather moorland with views on to the Cairngorm Mountains.Where a couple can enjoy a glass of bubbly in the fabulous double Jacuzzi,or soak in the outside Hot Tub under a starry sky,or a relaxing sauna and then cuddle in front of the massive log stove and watch the sun set over the mountains.
The Alpine styling of Beaver Creek Lodge features a south facing veranda with an extending deck area.Set under the large eaves of the Lodge next to the stream is a fabulous 8 person hot tub.On entering the Lodge,your first impressions will be of a superbly designed and well appointed luxury holiday lodge.Equipped with a double Jacuzzi, Sauna and Log Fire.
Wolf LOdge is a compact lodge tucked away in a quiet woodland setting,close to the river Dulnain and the riverside walk to the village(approx 20 minutes.)

Ptarmigan Lodge enjoys a superb location in Nethy Bridge.The lodge has been designed in the style of a North American ski lodge and enjoys relaxing views across the river to the ancient Abernethy Forests.The outside Hot Tub allows you to relax and soak in the peace and quiet of the forest and listen to the river.

Spey cottage is a delightful traditional stone built cottage in the heart of Aviemore,Situated on a very quiet road (cul-de-sac)in a picturesque wooded area on the banks of the River Spey.
In a residential area to the north of Aviemore,Eagle Lodge and Heather Cottage are set in there own grounds. The garden with bbq and patio is a safe area for children and dogs(no pets at Heather Cottage).A 20 minute stroll along the scenic walkway takes you into the buzz of Aviemore.The Lodge is close to the new Championship Golf Course and the Speyside way.
Red Squirrel Lodge is a truly beautiful Lodge in the perfect location with stunning views over the Boat of Garten Golf Course and to the Mountains beyond, with the Strathspey Steam Railway running close by.
Osprey Lodge is a lovely and secluded architect-designed property which is located at Tulloch,one of the most beautiful and simply stunning locations in The Cairngorms National Park,within the R.S.P.B.Abernethy Forest and close to the Osprey reserve at Loch Garten

Rats Magic Cottage was built in 1905 and has been modernised to include a spacious open plan kitchen and dining room with a view of the Caingorms.It is a cosy and comfortable self catering cottage situated by the railway line. This has a charming effect;the infrequent rumble of the trains providing much entertainment.
Silver Birch Cottage is set in Dalnabay,a charming residential development in the bustling village of Aviemore. Named after the trees which characterise so much of the local landscape,the self catering property is ideally situated,benefiting from its quiet location in the North of the village but only 15 minutes’ stroll along a peaceful country lane to Aviemore itself.

There is ample storage within all the lodges. All bedrooms TV’s. There is a cot & hi chair, which is available free of charge, an iron & board, hair dryers, board games and a small selection of CD's and DVD's. All towels, bed linen are included in the rental.
