Flat is situated minutes from Glasgow city centre near to Glasgow Royal Infirmary. Alexander Park which boasts bowling greens, public golf course, playgrounds, small picnic area and orienteering course is about 10 minutes walk away. Within a short walking distance is the modern Whitehill leisure centre. Facilities here include 25 metre swimming pool, teaching pool, fitness suite, health suite, spectator gallery, massage, baby changing and disabled access. Glasgow city centre is about 20 minutes walk or about 5 minutes bus journey, The city centre is a vibrant shopping area with a vast array of restaurants.
Access to the M8 motorway is within a half mile. This gives access to the east coast and Edinburgh which is 40 minutes drive away. In the other direction the motorway will give you access to seaside towns like Largs and Troon which is about 60 minutes drive away.

Payment
A 20% deposit is required on booking with the remainder due 28 days before arrival.
Bookings made less than 28 days prior to arrival must be paid in full.
All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation payments will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-booked. An administration charge of £20 will be deducted from any refund. Visitors are advised to purchase travel insurance which covers cancellation costs.

Arrivals/Departures
Unless previously arranged, arrival time is from 4pm onwards, and the apartment must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Guests must vacate the apartment by that time to allow cleaning prior to the arrival of the next guests.

The tariff includes all gas/electricity,
Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge during your stay for your convenience.
A welcome pack can be provided on arrival for a nominal fee.
