The newly modernised ground floor apartment offers accommodation on two floors, and is ideal for six guests (but can sleep up to eight). The large size and excellent location make it the perfect choice for larger parties such as theatre breaks, weddings and other special occassions.
This accommodation comprises large dining lounge with plamsa TV, digital TV, wireless internet and guide books and movies. The lounge also has a dining area for six guests.
The two double bedrooms are nicely and lightly decorated and provide a quiet nights relaxation. Being hidden behind the Edinburgh Playhouse theatre there is no traffic noise at all.
The two twin rooms each have two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen has all appliances for your use (including dishwasher, washer/drier, microwave, fridge/freezer) and crockery/cutlery are all ready for your use. The lovely modern bathroom has both bath and shower, and the apartment also has a separate cloakroom (with WC and basin) (ie: there are 2 toilets in the apartment).
